More About “Outpost”: I’ve always wanted to make a film with this sci-fi plot device paired with the theme of “losing identity”. A group of passionate professionals who also speak sci-fi helped bring this vision to life. We pulled inspiration from some of our favorite films within the genre that called many of us to become filmmakers in the first place. The result is an indie short film for and by blockbuster lovers. But at its core, “Outpost” is a film about identity and questioning what it is that truly defines us.
